what it will be, what it could, how it could be different, could it really make a difference….?????
To start with and using words from the infamous engrossing Fish Tale;
VISION: Bright Hues would be an innovative and accountable work environment where a playful, attentive, and engaging attitude leads to more energy, enthusiasm, productivity, and creativity.
We tell ourselves that life is too short to spend our working hours dong anything less than the ideal, and we continue our search for the perfect workplace.
The fact is that in the real world there are conditions which prevent us from chasing the perfect, ideal job.
Many of us have significant responsibilities to family members or to a way of life.
For others, a true calling hasn’t made itself visible yet.
Some of us are under so much stress in our personal lives there is literally no time or energy to seek a new line of work.
The danger is that if our quest focuses on the future, we will miss the amazingly wonderful life that is available today, in this moment.
So, to dig deeper and to delve out all that source of energy of us (Work Out – Work In), creativity (Bono and 6 hats) and passion (take Covey’s word for it)… all that exists inside each of us by involvement of all of us – yes, starting our own.
So
Why this rant?
Again taking lines from the same Fish, invented story, that is fashionable today to believe that we should not settle for anything less than doing what we love.
Bright Hues represents our opportunities to live Bright in multi Hues or rather all Hues, as being more obvious for the aforesaid vision moments.
